Hi! I’m Carmen Alvarez, an English and Reading Tutor dedicated to helping students build academic skill and lasting confidence.
With a strong background in special education, I craft student-centered learning plans tailored to each child's unique needs. I use evidence-based strategies, positive reinforcement, and differentiated instruction to make learning both engaging and effective.
I work closely with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavior specialists, teachers, and families to support the whole student. Experienced in speech and language intervention plans, I facilitate articulation, social communication, and pragmatic skills, while seamlessly integrating Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems into daily learning.
My goal is to create an encouraging environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. I look forward to partnering with your family!

Hello, I’m Raiden Evancheck, a math educator and tutor with extensive experience helping students build confidence in challenging subjects. Since 2020, I’ve also worked as a private tutor, providing one-on-one support in algebra, geometry, statistics, AP sciences, and major test prep exams. Previously, I spent over six years at Florida Atlantic University’s Math Lab, tutoring college algebra and supporting both online and in-person students. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Psychology, I combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of student learning. My goal is always to make math clear, approachable, and empowering for every student I work with.

I began tutoring as a college student, with three years of experience tutoring in Reading and Writing for elementary to middle school students. Upon graduating, I pursued my Master's in Christian Studies. During graduate school, I worked as a Student Support worker helping students in the Disabilities office with course work and support in overcoming daily challenges affecting academics. Hello, I am Shanava Saintolien. I'm a Miami native born to immigrant parents and realized the importance of education very early on in my studies. I began tutoring my peers in chemistry and mathematics in high school, then went on to earn my B.S. in Mathematics (with a concentration in Secondary STEM Education) from Florida State University. Following my undergraduate studies, I obtained a Master’s in Public Administration and most recently an MBA from Florida International University. I have over 10 years of combined tutoring and classroom teaching experience and look forward to serving you.
